Boutique-y Tormore #2 Bottling Note

Well if it isn't a new-look batch of That Boutique-y Whisky Company's Tormore single malt. The distillery lies in Speyside, on the edge of Cairngorms National Park which is home to some of Britain’s highest peaks. Hence why the label features a big ol' hill, or ‘Torra Mhòir’, if you will.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Steamed marmalade pudding and flourless orange cake made with crushed almonds. Apple peel and juicy barley.

Palate: Caramelised orange peel, with hints of fresh lime and grapefruit in support. Sliced apples and more of that golden barley core. Good body.

Finish: Crisp and fruity.

Overall: A cohesive, yet complex single malt that makes sense from nose to finish. Very good indeed.
