Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Apple, pear and a lively hint of fresh gooseberry, too! Layers of barley sugar, hibiscus and milky coffee develop later on.

Palate: Flaky pastry topped with caramelised sugar, damson jam and baked apple. A kick of red chilli gives it heat.

Finish: Buttery and light on the finish.
