Milk & Honey TBMC Bottling Note

It's the very first Boutique-y bottling of malt spirit from Israel's Milk & Honey Distillery! This expression has been aged for one year, so not long enough to be called whisky, but even in just a year it has taken on plenty of flavour indeed - think flamed orange peel, warming ginger and vibrant sherry. The label shows off the Tel Aviv coastline, though a few of those buildings are looking a little... Well, still-shaped!
 

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sherried funk, dried fruit, oily walnut and ginger snaps emerge through tannic wood and rich toffee.

Palate: Wood spice rasps through more creamy nuttiness, fiery ginger and orange peel, with vanilla, red berries and dark chocolate in support.

Finish: A touch of salt, dried fruit and mocha.
