Mining for garlic, that popular pursuit. What is this label for That Boutique-y Whisky Company's Islay #1 single malt all about? Looks like a Coal mine, actually, and the French for garlic is... We can't say any more.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Nutty oak and subtle (coal-like, in fact) peat. Slightly meaty pine nuts with caraway, cereal and yellow fruit.

Palate: A drop of water helps open this fruity, toasty whisky with tangy peaty complementing the fruit.

Finish: Tasty toasted cornflakes and aromatic spices.
