The second batch of That Boutique-y Whisky Company's Irish Single Malt #2 is here! This time, they've bottled a 12 year old single malt whiskey - but they're still keeping the distillery it came from a secret. So very secretive. So very tasty.

 

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

 

Nose: Spearmint and basil, followed by walnut and caramel.

Palate: A bounty of orchard fruit develops on the palate, with a big focus on Gold Delicious apples and juicy oranges.

Finish: Vanilla, lemongrass, a hint of peppercorn.
