Nose: Initially sweet with notes of fresh sea air overlaid with dried fruits and lot's of chocolate. In the background you’ll find citrus freshness and hints of cereal, while the sherry sweetness shines through.

Taste: Glutinous sweet tones come to the fore, with dates and sultanas leading the way, with hints of cinnamon and honey in the background. There’s a glorious depth to the palate redolent of... Christmas cake - what else?!

Finish: Soft sweet tones fade gradually away, leaving a lingering hint of demerara sugar and caramel at the very end.
