Secret Distillery #1 TBWC Bottling Note

"Nothing to see here. Move along please. Careful now." reads the label of That Boutique-y Whisky Company's second batch of Secret Distillery #1. An incredibly yummy, very well-Sherried 9 year old single malt from a popular Speyside-based distillery doesn't sound like nothing to us, and the chap on the label seems rather excited, too...

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Intensely Sherried - massive waves of Oloroso richness, with a good whack of barley still shining through.

Palate: Raisins soaked in spiced rum, with a little bit of black liquorice lasting.

Finish: Jammy Dodgers and buttered malt loaf, with a spicy hint of cardamom right at the end.
