As second batch of Port Charlotte peated single malt from Bruichladdich distillery bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Again, the label features Phenol, O-Cresol, M-Cresol, P-Cresol and Guaiacol molecules that make up the phenolic compounds in peated whisky!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Soot and golden barley with a touch of tiger balm. Citrus and sea air.

Palate: Lemon curd, char, rich peat, gooseberry and more barley goodness with a slightly vegetal, savoury twang.

Finish: Peaty oak and sweet cereal.
