Nose: Banana foam sweets, tablet fudge and dried fruit, with Christmas cake spice and a hint of lime peel.

Palate: Creamy vanilla, yellow fruit and cinnamon, with touches of horseradish underneath.

Finish: Orange chocolate and a hint of nutmeg.
