Nose - Butterscotch and iced cherry Bakewell tart. Pastry-shop sweetness opens into bright fruit and delicate floral notes, with hints of boiled fruit sweets and a gentle warming spice
Palate - Complex layers of flavour, rich buttery caramels and warm spices of clove and liquorice.  Balanced by the signature dry, flinty character of Isle of Harris whisky
Finish - Creamy and long with a lingering sense of Hebridean peat smoke.
