That Boutique-y Whisky Company's Invergordons have never disappointed and often 'felt' impressively aged. Guess work has been taken out of the equation now, however, as all new Boutique-y releases now carry an age statement. This little beauty is 43 years old!

The award-winning label, as ever, features a diagram of Coffey still (which the distillery used to have) with the pronunciation taken a little too literally...

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rich fudge and oak, orange rind and a hint of rosewater.

Palate: Toffee'd oak furniture, top notch balancing sugars and rich spices too.

Finish: Lingering oak shines proudly on a thoroughly enjoyable finish.

Overall: Exactly what you'd hope for from a grain of this age, stunning.
