Glencadam 6yo TBWC Bottling Note

It's the first bottling of Glencadam single malt Scotch whisky from That Boutique-y Whisky Company! This 6 year old single malt from the Brechin-based distillery in the Highlands boasts an intriguing flavour profile that treads a fine balance of sweet and savoury notes. The label harks back to the days when distillery workers were given a measure of malt spirit three times a day as part of their remuneration package!

Nose: Vanilla essence, dried fruit, cut grass.

Palate: Oily barley and apricot, black pepper, lemon.

Finish: Green olive and brown bread.
