Balblair 7yo TBWC Bottling Note

Here is the very first batch of Balblair bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! This Highlander was matured for 7 years before those Boutique-y folks got their hands on it. The label gives a nod to the film 'The Angels' Share', as part of it was filmed at Balblair!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Wood smoke, earth and salty sea air. Surely there’s some peat involved here?

Palate: Think of windswept Highland beaches, briney, with vegetal seaweed notes and black pepper.

Finish: Saline with warm spicy cinnamon notes.

Overall: Like eating grilled fish on the beach.
