Allt-á-Bhainne 22yo TBWC Bottling Note

Single malt from the Allt-á-Bhainne distillery, independently bottled at 22 years of age by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! Once again, The Whisky Squad are representing a heard of lively cows and blasting House of Pain's 'Jump Around', for reasons that can only be described as tenuous at best.

 

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

 

Nose: Honey Nut Cornflakes in milk with a dusting of cinnamon. Some stem ginger, too.

Palate: Rhubarb & Custard sweeties, creamy vanilla, a hint of fresh citrus. Some earthy/oak-y spices develop, but fruit sweetness wins overall.

Finish: Ginger snaps and crushed walnuts.
