Wolfburn „Batch 375“ reifte wie schon seine Vorgänger in ungewöhnlich kleinen 100 Liter Bourbon Fässern, aber er erhielt zusätzlich eine Beigabe aus Sherry Hogsheads. Er beeindruckt mit eleganten, fast cognacartigen Aromen, Trockenfrucht, salzigem Karamell und edlen Gewürzen.

Tasting Notes:
 
Soft bourbon aromas mingle with sherry sweetness, the depth of flavour is huge –
On the palete sultanas and coffee mix with cream and caramel, with overtones of ginger and oak.
The finish is superb, a mix of caramel and dried fruit lingers long after the dram is gone.
