Tomintoul - Batch 2 Bottling Note

Say hello to the second batch of Tomintoul single malt Scotch whisky bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Once again, it's a Boutique-y label with a cocktail recipe on it - this one coming from the brilliant Bramble bar up in Edinburgh. Cheers, Jas Scott and Mikey Aikman!

What's more, there's a Voucher on the back of the bottle that can be redeemed at Bramble for a free "That's Not A Bramble!?" cocktail!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sweet apple purée and granary toast. Crab apple jelly. A touch of aloe and some earthy spice.

Palate: White jelly babies, allspice, pear drops and fresh orange juice.

Finish: Brazil nuts and candied peels lead into ground almond.

Overall: Quite light, rounded and adaptable. Very tasty on its own, like Batch 1 this would work in a variety of cocktails.
