Inchgower 17yo TBWC Bottling Note

Should you find yourself at Niagara Falls, don't forget to take in the breathtaking views - and do some goat-spotting too, just like the folks on the label of this Inchgower! This is a 17 year old single malt from the Speyside-based distillery, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company.
 

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

 

Nose: Fennel seed, cut grass, dried oak, buttered hot cross buns.

Palate: More baking notes appear on the palate - baklava, Victoria Sponge and lemon drizzle cake.

Finish: Subtly bitter dark chocolate and juicy pear.
