Aultmore 20yo TBWC Bottling Note

Delicious 20 year old single malt from Aultmore, independently bottled by Tht Boutique-y Whisky Company! This is a popular bottling from the Boutique-y folks, partly because Aultmore is excellent, and partly because the label features a shark fighting a velociraptor. The natural predator of the shark is a velociraptor, so this is just a simple demonstration of the food chain.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Tropical fruit drenched in rum, flaky pastry, a hint of tobacco.

Palate: Earthy barley and hazelnut, before waves of honeydew melon and pineapple notes appear.

Finish: Caramelised biscuits and a kick of spicy oak.
