Nose: Honey-drizzled porridge, joined by mellow peach and plum bringing out fruit sweetness. Little hints of buttered corn-on-the-cob, roasted chestnuts and red jam tarts.
Palate: Delightfully creamy mouth-feel. Peach notes continue, now draped is runny caramel. Milk chocolate squares. Touches of burnt sugar and fragrant barley make up the rest of the mid-palate.
Finish: Fresh fruit burst forth on the finish! Unmistakable notes of ripe pear and red grape jump out.
Overall: Oh yes, this is a wonderfully approachable Glen Keith single malt. Easy to enjoy and lots to love.
